If our glass jar is broken by our delivery partner, please follow these steps:
- Record a video while opening the box (show the sealed package, then the opening, and the damaged jar clearly).
- Send the video to our team on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- Our team will review the video. If we confirm the jar is broken or damaged in transit, we will process your refund.
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be approved. This policy applies to glass-jar damage caused during delivery.
